Whip-up…an easy breakfast

As I have become more and more diet focused; I have seen consistency really pays off. Once our wedding was in the horizon (last September), I knew I wanted to look a certain way in my dress. Last September (2013) I hit 137 lbs (goal was 135 for the wedding). Almost a year later I am at 123 lbs. I am so happy in my skin. I truly believe DIET has been part of my success! I wanted to share how I start my morning!

Breakfast Waffle:

1 Waffle (I go for Costco, or organic)

1 1/2 TBS of Natural Peanut Butter (no hydrogenated oils for this girl)

1 TSP of Chocolate Chips (Costco Brand)

1 TSP of Chia Seeds

1 TSP of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

1/2 of a Banana

So, start your morning right… FUEL that will keep you FULL
