Style Whiplash… Whip-up some Egg Rolls

This is one of my all time favorite recipes. My mom first introduced me to cooking with egg roll wraps about 8 years ago. Over the years the hubby and myself have perfected our recipe. We are able to eat these for 2- 3 meals, depended how many we eat per meal. So here’s the recipe…

You will need:

1 chicken breast boiled and pulled

One Package of Egg Roll Wraps

1/2 Package of Cole Slaw Mix

1 cup of Cheese

1 Pack of TJ Jasmine rice

1 can of water chestnuts

2 TBS of Szechwan Sauce (more or less depending on the amount of “kick” you want)

Orange Sauce (optional for dipping)

What to do:

1. Boil one chicken breast and pull apart

2. Cook Jasmine rice

3. Add 1 and 2 into medium sized bowl

4. Add 1 cup of Cheese

5. Add 1/2 bag of the cole slaw mix

6. Drain and chop up water chestnuts and add

7. Add Szechwan to preferred flavor.

8. Mix it up

9. Roll into the egg rolls- this takes some practice (Smaller scoops are better- I use a large table spoon to scoop)- use a little water to close roll on the corner

10.  Cook in hot oil

11. Serve with Panda Express Orange Sauce (optional)
